WNS Condensing Steam Boiler
The product model is WNS. It is an internal horizontal combustion of three -way fuel (gas) of fast charging Caldeira integrated with wet rear structure. The Onda tank and the ignition chamber are the first time, the second time is the combustion gas tube, and the third time is composed of econom Laser and capacitor.
This Product is used to burn light oil, natural gas and so on. The fuel is ejected from the burner, ignited by an electronic ignition rod, and burned under a slightly positive pressure in the oven. High temperature smoke after burning enters the threaded smoke pipe through the 180 -degree reflux chamber, and enters the smoke box from the front through the smoke tube.
Product Features
1. Reasonable design:
Horizontal internal combustion From three complete cycles of wet tail structure, 100% Fire water design, 100% Onda furnace, TEM good expansibility, sufficient heat range and reasonable structure layout.
2. High efficiency and energy savings:
The structure of the blast furnace, threaded combustion tube and large combustion chamber is reasonable, Energy consumption is low and the efficiency of heat transfer is high. The thermal efficiency of the boilers may exceed 96%, and if the condensers are installed, efficiency It may exceed 100%.
3. Production specifications:
Caldeira components are manufactured according to national and international standards (ISO). Advanced production technologies are followed closely in the production phase to ensure product quality.
4. Big steam chamber.
As vapour drying helps eliminate unnecessary additional condensation, reduce fuel consumption, scale and prolonged service life, the coke has sufficient space to cope with fluctuations in load and maximum value, and to provide steam for high quality drying.

6. Easy to Keep:
There is a portable smoke door in front and behind, and a control hole in the back to control and clean the furnace.There are maintenance holes, mechanical holes and hand holes in the body, and the latter is fully considered in the design.
